About Me

In the Plural of Life

I'm a husband. In a world that's moving faster and faster, the relationship with my partner is a place of peace, solidarity and trust. Growing together, doubting together, carrying together, that's the essence of marriage to me. Not as property, but as a promise you make every day, with words and silences.

I'm the father of two children.

Being a father is a privilege. It challenges me to be patient, to be present, and sometimes to learn to look at the world again, through their eyes. I believe that children are not formed by rules, but by example. What I leave to them is not what I own, but who I am as a human being.

I am the leader of an organization.

My role as leader is not based on hierarchy, but on trust. Every decision I make affects people, their work, their security, their future. That awareness carries weight. Leadership is for me a daily exercise in balance, between ambition and humanity, between result and conscience.

I am friend and relationship

Relationships form the soft ground under my existence. Not as a network, but as a mutual space. I believe in friendship that moves with life, in conversations that do not always have to have a purpose, and in silences that are not uncomfortable. People aren't projects. They're mirrors.

I'm socially involved.

What you do matters. Not just for yourself, but for whoever comes after you. That is why I am committed to initiatives that help people to move forward, to work, to growth, to awareness. I believe in a society where everyone has something to bring. Improve the world? Maybe not. But contribute something? Always.

My Work

More than Infrastructure

Since 2007, I have been active in the infrastructure and road construction sector, a world of concrete, steel and deadlines, but for me mainly a world of care, responsibility and future. From the beginning I had a clear vision, building a land that is liveable, accessible and safe.

Infrastructure is never just a technical task. It's a moral act. Roads and bridges not only connect cities, but also lives. They open up access to opportunities, bring people closer together and lay the basis for equality.

The choices we make today as builders determine how people can live tomorrow. That is why I am not working for short-term profit, but for long-term value, in our environment, in people and in structures that stand.

My companies are an expression of that. They're not purpose in themselves, they're tools. To give opportunities. To pass on craftsmanship. And to leave heritage beyond numbers or names.

My Values

What Gives Me Direction

In all my roles as husband, father, leader and citizen, I am guided by five core values:

Dignity

the moral measure of action

Responsibility

Just when no one's looking

Silence

as a source of insight and self-control

Honor

as cement under confidence

Future

as duty, not as property

Connection

where humanity begins

Cities Forming Me

Timeless Mirror rooms

I believe some cities speak, if you're quiet enough to listen. My travels are not a flight, but a form of coming home to values, to visions, to myself.

Istanbul

Where civilizations are each other's mirror.
Between minarets and mosaics I learned: Real power is meeting, not dominance. "A bridge between worlds is stronger than any wall."

Granada

The silence of lost beauty.
In the Alhambra I hear what is possible between faith, art and harmony. "What we are building today will tomorrow be the conscience of our time."

Bruges

The city whispering that time is not linear.
Bruges reminds me: sustainability is not a trend, but an inner attitude. "He who has no relationship with the past builds illusions."

Vienna

Where order and refinement shake hands.
In the Viennese precision, I found a truth: leadership is also aesthetic. "Carefulness is a form of love."

Kyoto

Where emptiness is a form of presence.
Silence as structure. Zen for rhythm. Time as a teacher. "The man who carries no silence shall leave no noise."

My Mission

Heritage as Heritage

What I want to leave in the end is not property.
No resume, no portfolio, no list of honors.

But a moral heritage.
A way of looking, thinking and acting in which man is central.
A foundation for my children, my associates and whoever comes after me.

"Because what's left when everything disappears?

That is the key question that sends me."
